Institutional Effectiveness is an integrated and systematic process that documents measuring performance aligned with the mission of the university. IE efforts support strategic planning and facilitate planning, evaluation and assessment of educational programs, administrative, academic and student support units within the institution.
Assessment Framework

What is the difference between an assessment plan and assessment report?
Assessment Plans articulate
- desired program goals
- student learning outcomes
- assessment methods which the SLOs will be assessed,
- and set appropriate numeric criterion of success.
Assessment Reports present
- the assessment results
- describe the actions implemented for continuous improvement
- Artifacts are also collected to describe the data collection, analysis and review process.
